These terms govern use of the FieldMark iOS app published by Ian Relecker. By using FieldMark you agree to these terms and to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement except where these terms describe FieldMark Pro.
FieldMark is an on-device field log. You can photograph issues, mark them up, complete checklists, and share a PDF. FieldMark is provided as-is for field documentation. It is not a legal, housing-code, safety, or insurance certification.
A single free inspection is included without a subscription. You may edit, complete, and share that log. Deleting that inspection does not grant another free inspection.
FieldMark Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited inspections and custom templates.
Personal purchases are charged to the Apple ID on the device. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price. You can manage and cancel personal subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Organizations may buy FieldMark Pro in Apple Business Manager and assign it to users or devices. Those licenses are managed by the organization administrator and may be revoked when unassigned. They do not renew through Settings > Apple ID.
Field logs, photos, and reports are stored only on the device. You are responsible for the content you record and for any PDFs you share. Deleting the app deletes that data on the device.
Do not use FieldMark to document or share content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to capture.
FieldMark is provided as-is without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Ian Relecker is not liable for lost inspection data, device loss, or disputes that arise from reports you create or share.
